Stronger Connections Grant application now available

The Stronger Connections Grant is made available through the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act (BSCA) which provides $1 billion in funding for state educational agencies to be distributed under Title IV, Part A of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (ESEA). Ohio received BSCA grant funding of more than $35 million.

ODE will award grants competitively to schools that meet selected criteria indicating that they are “high need” for student health and safety. Schools are encouraged to begin consulting with local stakeholders and community partners to determine needs and plan for use of funds.
